We would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we love our home. We have just begun our fourth year here. This is the fifth time we have purchased a new home and it is by far the finest. We are very proud of this beautiful home, love the great floor plan, high ceilings and overall design.
When we first began looking for a new home, it was quite apparent that this house was of superior quality to others we saw. Once we decided this was the house for us, we began working with Jerry to make some additions. All these jobs were done with the same outstanding quality exhibited in the original construction.
At one point we refinanced to take advantage of a much lower interest rate and were happy to discover our home had gained significantly in value and was noted by the appraiser to be superior in construction quality than ALL the other comparison homes.

Dear Buyers,
We were introduced to the Salem area due to a promotional transfer with the United States Postal Service, and with that we were faced with finding a new home in Salem. After just finishing building a new home of our own, and knowing how significant the long term effects of spending a little more to get what it takes to have a home that is built to last is, we knew it would be a difficult task to find a new home with the construction quality and the elements necessary to satisfy us.
Some of the things that Jerry Reeves does when he builds a home that the normal buyer does not recognize that impressed us were; he uses plank sub-floor which no other builder in the area does because it is more labor intensive and material cost is more, the exterior walls are plywood instead of particleboard, and the extensive use of millwork in the trim.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose to buy this home. Our feelings were that with a builder such as Mr. Reeves, that has been in the business of building million dollar plus homes for 20-30 years, is in it for the long term. Mr. Reeves philopsophy of putting the extra expense in areas where buyers normally do not pay any attention, indicated to us quality is the top priority.
